about

For me, meditation is a tool and not an end goal. By that I mean, by developing a regular practice of meditation you are developing a new path for yourself, and by walking that path you will be creating a new life for yourself. Just like walking a path through a beautiful countryside in the physical world you’ll get to see and explore so many wonderful new and exciting places. The meditations on this CD are the equivalent of those wonderful places in the physical realm, except these are inside yourself.

I encourage you to meditate each morning before you go anywhere near those wickedly distracting electronic gadgets, like a smart phone or computer, that we use so much. Personally, I know that once I start, I can get sucked into doing ‘just one more thing’ before I stop to meditate. I would much rather face whatever it is I have to do with that peaceful energy inside me. If you find that some days it is a struggle to do even a few minutes, then just accept that and do not judge yourself.

Remember to write in your journal as soon as possible after your meditation. Writing about your experiences and observations will help you to access more from what you have just experienced.

Keep in mind: “The single most important criteria as to whether a meditation was successful or not, is whether you meditated or not.”

I bid you all a fair wind and safe travels to those new and exciting places within. - Paul

The meditations are very much physically biased which he feels helps the practitioner to hold their focus during the meditation. He encourages people to use their 'physical imagination' to feel within their body the guidance given during the meditations for a deeper experience. ... more
